We ask everyone who attends to be vaccinated for covid, including a recent booster shot, if possible.
Before entry to an event, each attendee must show at the door proof of a negative result from a lab-based PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours or a rapid test within the previous 24 hours. When testing, try to sample the throat as well as the nose for a more reliable result.
(For at-home tests, please name and date the test result card and take a photo of the card to present at time of entry.)
At the check in desk, each person will be screened for symptoms. Anyone with covid symptoms must leave the event.
A full refund will be offered to anyone asked to leave or prevented from attending due to this policy or illness.
This policy will apply to members, guests, volunteers, hosts, performers, and presenters without exception. This policy will be reviewed and updated as circumstances change.
Covid Screening (at event check in):
I attest that:
• I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had a positive COVID test within the last 10 days.
• In the last 48 hours, I have not had any of symptoms that are new or not explained by another condition, including: Fever (100.4°F/38°C or greater), chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, headache, feeling unusually weak or fatigued, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, runny or congested nose, muscle or body aches.
• I understand that, despite all mitigation efforts, exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
